Fees: Include all sessions, luncheon, refreshments, reception, conference materials
Confirmation: You will receive acknowledgment of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration by email or by fax. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341, in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.
Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing before 21 April 2006 will be subject to administration charge of 65 GBP. The full conference fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 21 April 2006. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time.
Indemnity: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the contents of the agenda, timing, names of speakers or the venue.
